The Navy Raincoat

I love how people go all out with their Christmas decorations with the magnificent lights and trees. It definitely transports me back to my childhood to car rides with my family around town at night to see everybody’s Christmas decorations. I remember being in so much awe and amazement as we drove by the best houses and how I thought to myself that I would decorate my house just like that when I’m older. Now that I am older, I realized that there’s this thing called the “electricity bill.” Sorry 5 year old Michelle. Maybe just some lights. Nothing crazy.

For the longest time, I was on the prowl for a nice navy blue raincoat. I like how the color navy is very easy to take care of and at the same time still look casual yet sophisticated. So when my fiancé got this for me for my birthday, I was beyond excited. Now, I don’t really need an umbrella. Unless of course, it’s a monsoon. Actually, an umbrella isn’t going to do much if it is a monsoon…

Sorry, I get lost in my thoughts frequently.

What I really love about this raincoat is that it is stylish and functional. The hood is detachable, and there are many pockets for those of you who love to hoard things in your jackets like me. This raincoat is made by North Face, so you know that the product is made to withstand the weather. Also, they have an amazing warranty/repair policy, which is always a huge plus, especially if you’re prone to inadvertently destroying your belongings.
